Does NATEK charge any fee for applying/securing a job?

No processing fee or deposit is charged by NATEK at any point during the recruitment process.

What is the recruitment process at NATEK?

  2. HR interview with NATEK IT recruiters
  3. Technical interview with NATEK specialists
  4. Presentation of suitable positions in Europe
  5. Personal interview with our customer(s)
  6. Pre-on-boarding assistance for all relocation matters
  7. Welcome day on NATEK’s premises
  8. Start assignment at our customer’s premises

My country is not part of the E.U. Can I still apply?

Of course! We have a centralized department handling all applications for visas, taking care of the paper work necessary to obtain a visa and working permit. We are in close contact with the authorities and labor offices of the countries where we are located!

What happens after my assignment is over?

In NATEK, you have multiple options. Our goal is that you stay with NATEK and are assigned to new and challenging projects and customers, but you can also be transferred to the current customer, if you desire, or even choose to follow your own path in life!
