In the frame of new challenging project in Poland, we are searching for ambitious and active people who are decided to develop his/her professional experience by joining NATEK JAVA Developers Team.

Responsibilities:

• Under general direction, develops, codes, tests and debugs new complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity
• Has excellent understanding of business application
• Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them
• Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements
• May assist in development of software technical documentation
• Demonstrates software. Demonstrates broad knowledge of technical solutions
• Designs and codes complex applications using advanced technology
• May create optimization programs to resolve problems
• May design and build prototype applications

Technical requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in JAVA and web development
• Experience of user interface development preferred
• Basic understanding of Agile methodology and software development process
• Basic understanding of object oriented design
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Initiative, ability to work independently
• Demonstrated ability to learn and master new technologies quickly
• Team working skills
