Job Purpose:
-
Lead and coordinate “Dexxis” product deployment projects
-
Provide the customer with a solution compliant with its requirements
-
Manage projects based on Gemalto products and deliver on site, on time and on budget
-
Participate to pre sales activities at local level
Key Responsibilities:
The core activity concerns banking and installation of solution at Customers’ premises.
The activity is split in 4 main lines:
1. Project Management
2. System Integration
3. Customer Support and Maintenance
4. Pre - Sales Tasks

Project Management
-
Based on the commercial proposal and the signed purchase order, define the milestone of the project as well as the tasks to be achieved to reach customer needs
-
Responsible of solution delivery on time and on budget
-
Manage a direct relationship with the customer
-
Manage internal or/and external resources during the project
-
Deliver and follow-up monthly costs and progress / Issue & Action report
-
Close the project with:
-
Realise project post mortem with metrics highlight
-
Become privileged interface of the customer for post sales and extension quotation in relation with corporate Dexxis team.

System integration
-
Responsible of the integration (software and documentation) of large size, multi-national and multi-supplier projects
-
Design of the solution taking in account the context of the customer.
-
Perform on site installation, training for operators and administrators and complete end to end functional testing of the solution in front of the customer
-
Be a key contributor to execute the project plan and coordinate internal and external resources (if required)
-
Internally and externally recognized to lead project development on Dexxis range product (adaptation, customisation, development) interfacing directly with the development team
3- Customer Support and Maintenance

Provide a first level of support
-
Identify / quality problems and solve them in case product customisation and configuration is the root cause (no modification of product is allowed even to solve a customer problem)

Use corporate tool to track support request coming from customer
-
Use corporate tool to solve issues in remote control
4- Pre Sales Tasks
-
Punctually involved in pre sales actions to fine tune customer expectation and explain current Dexxis solution portfolio
-
May be involved in elaboration of customisation specification in coordination with corporate Dexxis team
-
May be involved in product demonstration
Experience and Skills:
-
Engineer in computer science with significant experience in project management
-
Knowledge in smart card and especially in EMV is highly recommended; notion in cryptography is welcomed
-
Autonomy in installing Dexxis solution portfolio (data base, application server, network) and ability to customise the product (java, XML edition, …)
-
Good communication skill with ability to defend Gemalto’s interest
-
Autonomy to manage global project, not only technical but administrative and financial tasks
-
Ability to work in competitive environment where in time delivery and accountability are keys for the success of the activity
-
Average 2 travel per months with general mission duration of five days
-
English as working language with the customer and corporate Dexxis team
Interfaces:
-
Interact and report to Dexxis Project Director located in Gemenos – France
-
Interact with Dexxis team for development and configuration of the solution
-
Interact with local sales, TC and CS to coordinate global project execution
-
Interact with customer before and after the purchase order
