Its core activities focus on providing strategic outsourcing information technology services, including remote server and application support, networking services and end user support.

Responsibilities:

Follow proper procedures for SAN management
-
Backup Server management (installation, configuration, policy, update)

Managing the physical and logical configuration of storage media and of storage management software to ensure optimum use of data storage space

Developing and maintaining operations procedures for daily routine storage management processes

Assessing and supporting evaluation of new products, facilities, and operating system releases from technical support

Defining and maintaining tasks and processes used for disaster backup and recovery of critical application data, including offsite retention

Analyzing and maintaining performance data to optimize the usage of the storage resources available

Supporting daily monitoring of the correct execution of storage management subsystems and processes
Technical Requirements:
- IT University degree
- 1-2 years experience with Storage Area Network
- 2 years experience in a large environment
- Experienced in IBM TSM or EMC, VERITAS, MDS, SAN technologies, back up technologies
- At least basic Systems administration knowledge in UNIX , Linux or Windows
Other Requirements:
- Minimum advanced level of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of French / Italian could be an advantage
- Customer and service orientation, ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment
- Analytical skills
- Communicative and able to work in a team
- Technical University degree
- IT certificates
- Able to work in a multi cultural environment
- Reliable, flexible & motivated person
